Insurance benefits vary by plan. I submit claims directly to your insurance company, similar to a medical provider. Your insurance carrier then processes the claim and determines payment.

You are responsible for any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible required by your plan. This information can typically be found on your insurance card or by contacting your insurance provider directly. Co-pays and deductibles may be paid at the time of each session or billed monthly.

Private Pay Option

If you choose not to use health insurance, the private pay fee is $250 per 45-minute session/$300 per 60-minute session.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
